You are still given the option of selecting the target location, but unless specified otherwise, PADS2005 SPac3 will update PADS2005 SPac2 (e.g. C:\MentorGraphics\2005PADS). Solutions If you decide to install PADS2005 SPac3 into a separate location than PADS2005 SPac2, you can change between the releases by running the configurator.exe in the C:\\win32 directory. Because the installations are in separate locations, it is important to use the configurator from within the directory which you are uninstalling from, or installing to.
